  Recently, Smart Parking Technology Co., Ltd. of China Construction Science and Industry Construction Limited (“CSCEC Science and Industry”) was officially registered with the industrial and commercial authorities and successfully obtained a business license, taking the first step of physical operation!

  In the 5G era, smart parking products offer such features as booking car deposit and withdrawal, parking lot navigation, and online payment and provide users with good parking experience thanks to the Internet big data analysis. They are also capable of statistics, sorting and analysis of traffic data and user data based on the parking information of customers, and develop data for public welfare and business purposes.

  Garages are centrally managed by a cloud parking management system that can analyze the management status and save management costs. The system also provides predictive health management on parking equipment. At the same time, garages are put under real-time monitoring and remote control to ensure stable and orderly operation thanks to the low latency and good stability of 5G data transmission.

  In addition, a smart parking APP has been developed for mechanical intelligent and stereo garages to meet parking reservation, parking payment, and reverse car locating needs.   At present, key smart parking construction projects have been carried out nationwide, covering eight major application scenarios of commerce, office, school, hospital, scenic spot, hub, residence, and park.

  A number of demonstration smart stereo garages have been put into use in Nanshan Public Security Sub-bureau, Baiwangxin High-tech Industrial Park, Yuehai Street, and Buji Center for Retired Cadres in Shenzhen, which is among the first batch of “demonstration city in parking service” in the country.

  A package model is actively promoted in cities. Package parking construction has occurred and delivered a number of smart stereo garages in Jingjiang, Jiangsu, and Xiangtan, Hunan.

  In addition, SPT also won the bid for the new energy stereo bus garage in Nanshan Central District, Shenzhen, which is the first mechanical new energy stereo bus garage in the country and the first demonstration project of its kind in Shenzhen.
