• Overview

  CSCEC Steel’s products cover structural steel for buildings, bridges and energy facilities, etc.

  Five fabrication factories distributed in “East, South, West, North and Central” of China with the annual capacity of about 1.3 million tons, and the fabrication capability and technical level are both in the leading position in the steel structure industry in China.

  1.China Construction Steel Structure Corp. (Jiangsu), referred as Jiangsu Factory: located in Jingjiang, Jiangsu Province, with land area of 530,000m2, annual capacity of 300,000t and Yangtze River Port nearby.

  2. China Construction Steel Structure Corp. (Sunbright ) , referred as Sunbright Factory: located in Huizhou, Guangdong Province, with land area of 440,000m2, annual capacity of 280,000t and  Huizhou Port nearby.

  3. China Construction Steel Structure Corp. (Wuhan), referred as Wuhan Factory: located in Wuhan, Hubei Province, with land area of 590,000m2, annual capacity of 360,000t and Han River Port nearby.

  4. China Construction Steel Structure Corp. (Sichuan) , referred as Sichuan Factory: located in Tianfu New District, Sichuan Province, with land area of 390,000m2, and annual capacity of 200,000t.

  5. China Construction Steel Structure Corp. (Tianjin), referred as Tianjin Factory: located in Xiqing District, Tianjin, with land area of 330,000m2, annual capacity of 200,000t, and Tianjin Port nearby.

   

  Fabrication Equipment

  Fabrication plants are all equipped with world advanced automatic equipment.

  1. 1203DD CNC 3D Drilling Machine (Made in Italy)

  The system can be programmed for different works to improves the production efficiency and quality. The structural steel sections can be processed in a very high speed with high precision.

  2. K126/ K128F Band Sawing Machine (Made in Italy)

  It is used for sawing all kinds of sections, such as H-sections, angles, channels, SHS, RHS and pipes, and for angle cutting of sections. It has excellent sawing precision and can run at high speed.

  3. ITPO A31 Precision Drilling-Cutting Machine (Made in Italy)

  It is used for processing various kinds of connection plates. Its functions include hole drilling, flame cutting, plasma cutting, code marking of parts and hole milling, etc. It can realize all processing for a whole steel plates in one time by using numerical control system.

  4. Four-sided Milling Machine Model: SBX-8

  Two-sided-long-edge and two-sided-wide-edge automatic groove milling; Processing precision can reach straightness of the plate edge: 1mm/10m; Size precision: ±0.5; Surface roughness: Ra12.5; It can meet the welding procedure requirement, and can process V-groove, X-groove, U-groove, I-groove, and K-groove.

  5.TK-HJZX1250N Steel Pipe Welding Center

  It adopts single-power double-wire submerged arc welding technology. It can realize outer/ inner longitudinal and annular joint welding of steel pipes. The control system has the function to trace weld to guarantee welding quality.

  6. XMM1515 Three-wire Box-beam Submerged Arc Welding Machine

  It is equipped with Lincoln welding machine and numerical control system. It integrates functions of procedure storage, power-off memory and conventional technologies. It can realize three-wire submerged arc welding in high efficiency.
